Sagebrush Residential Holdings, LLC, is a sponsor of
tenant-in-common (TIC) investments in Class A to
Class B+ multi-family properties in submarkets with
likely long-term appreciation. TIC ownership is a
real estate investment structure that allows
individual, accredited investors to benefit from the
direct ownership of institutional-quality real
estate without the associated management concerns.
Since the Internal Revenue Service released its
Revenue Proclamation 2002-22, the TIC industry has
grown to a $4 billion equity market.
By following the procedures outlined in the Revenue
Proclamation, TIC ownership can be structured to
qualify for IRS Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
