Robert P. Jacobsen, Chairman and Founder

Mr. Jacobsen is the Chairman and the primary Principal of Sagebrush Capital. Mr. Jacobsen has managed, both as a principal and a non-principal, numerous business entities for the last 25 years. Mr. Jacobsen gained his experience from small independent companies and has been active in commercial real estate since the 1980's. Mr. Jacobsen founded Sagebrush Development, LLC, a predecessor of Sagebrush Capital, in 1994.

Mr. Jacobsen has been responsible for the successful development of $115,000,000 in residential properties and the acquisition of multi-family apartment properties consisting of over 3,600 rental units, with an aggregate acquisition cost of over $300 million. Mr. Jacobsen has led the company through 14 years of profitable growth both for the company and its partners.

Gary Ruhl, VP of Finance

Mr. Ruhl is the Vice President of Finance for Sagebrush Capital, responsible for acquisition financing and lender relations. He has been involved in commercial real estate finance for over 15 years. During this time he has financed approximately $1 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions.

Mr. Ruhl was employed from 2001 to 2004 by Triple Net Properties where he served as Regional Director of Real Estate Finance with responsibility for financing all of Triple Net's acquisitions outside the state of California. Prior to that he held finance management positions with Johnson Capital and CB Richard Ellis. In the early 1990's, Mr. Ruhl helped establish one of the first commercial REMICs, which provided mortgage investment capital from Wall Street to commercial real estate throughout the United States.

Donald W. Caster, Vice President of Asset Management

Mr. Caster is the Vice President of Asset Management for Sagebrush Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Caster is an experienced financial and operations manager for complex multi-family real estate ventures including but not limited to; development, repositioning assets and renovations spanning the last twelve years. Most recently Mr. Caster was the Vice President of Alaska for Weidner Investment Services overseeing all property management operations of approximately 32 properties. Prior to that Mr. Caster was the National Director of Renovations at RREEF/DB Real Estate in Chicago where he oversaw all aspects of renovations throughout the country. Mr. Caster also held various positions in the multi-family industry which gives him a unique and impressive insight into daily operations.

Todd Heinzeroth, Controller

Mr. Heinzeroth is the Controller for Sagebrush Capital and manages the financial reporting and day-to-day operations of the accounting group. Mr. Heinzeroth holds a BA in accounting with an emphasis in computer science from Luther College. Mr. Heinzeroth is a Certified Public Accountant.
During his 18 years in the accounting, reporting, and finance areas, he has served as Vice President of Finance and NASD Series 27 Financial Operations Principal for DE Frey & Company, Inc., Manager of Financial Reporting for Newmont Mining, and Senior Manager of Audit for Deloitte & Touche.

Kim Pavlin, Manager of Investor Relations

Ms. Pavlin is Manager of Investor Relations for Sagebrush Capital. Ms. Pavlin is responsible for coordinating closing agenda with subscribers and managing information flow and requested documents to subscribers after closing. She is also responsible for coordinating with qualified intermediaries, title companies and lenders to ensure each parties’ receipt of documents necessary for closings. Ms. Pavlin has been a corporate and real estate paralegal since 1992.
